is killing elected officials in Africa faster than they can be
replaced. No one can stay in office long enough to get anything done.

what does this mean? Are they downplaying that its spreading rapidly or
have they found out its not spreading rapidly? From all other
indications, India is right behind Africa, with China following close
behind in sheer numbers of people contracting HIV, so I wouldn't

wonder if W is going to throw up on someone at dinner tonight like his
Daddy did with the Japanese Minister? It will be on YouTube in 5.2
seconds. Besides getting sick, Bush and his G8 buddies have pledged a
total of $60billion to help with HIV/AIDS in Africa. Bush is taking the
lead on this and it is one area with, despite any strings attached, I
