Senator Larry "I am sooo not gay" Craig is not only staying in Congress despite his promise to quit if his guilty plea wasn't suspended, but he's lashing out at the Republicans who turned on him. What, did he think these guys were his friends? He's been on The Hill too long to think that. Besides, the rumors of his sexuality have been going on for more than 20 years, so his insistence that he just has a "wide stance" is understandably doubtful. This came out at a time when the GOP simply didn't need another scandal, so he has lost his "friends" forever, no matter how this ends. It may not be fair; but this is Congress.
